Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope

Part of Table Mountain National Park, about an hour and a half from the city.

Cape Point has an old lighthouse from 1859 and a newer one from 1919, reached by a funicular or a short climb. The Cape of Good Hope sign is a popular photo stop, but the southernmost tip of Africa is actually Cape Agulhas. Baboons, ostriches, and antelope live in the reserve.
