Boulders Beach Penguins

Penguins have lived here since 1982.

Boulders Beach is part of Table Mountain National Park. African penguins arrived in the early 1980s and now number in the thousands across the area. Boardwalks give close views, and a sheltered cove allows swimming in some areas. The birds are endangered.
